- Certificate of Location: Make sure your certificate of location is less than 10 years old. If it isn’t, or if you’ve done major renovations, it’s time to get a new one. Also, the buyer’s notary or financial institution may require a more recent certificate.
- property tax statements,
- heating, gas and electricity bills,
- bills for recent renovations, and transferrable warranties (roof, windows, heat pump, etc.).
- previous deed of sale
The following documents are required for selling condos:
- declaration of co-ownership
- financial statements
- meeting minutes of Board of Administrators Meeting
- by laws
- building insurance
- building budgets
- statement of account
